Sacramental Records

Although St. Andrew Church closed on September 22, 2024, all Sacramental Records are available at Bl. Miriam Teresa Parish . There is no need to request records at this time unless necessary for registration in a Religious Education program or for a Marriage or Priestly Ordination. Keep in mind that any Baptism certificate required for Marriage MUST be issued within 6 months of the wedding date. Certificates issued earlier than that are invalid for Marriage.
